There is a save feature, go to preferences > restore saved position. You can highlight nerves and vessels too without having to select every branch, by using the breadcrumb trail, at the top of the screen. This feature is actually awesome and saves so much time! You can use for all systems. You should really get in touch with the developer about the crashing and your concerns. Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve always received a prompt response and a resolution. It’s easy to get in touch with them too.

I find essential anatomy an invaluable educational tool and I will continue to recommend to fellow colleagues and patients too. Thank you 3D4Medical for providing us with such a wonderful anatomy app.
