I love this app for my purposes. I’m not a med student, but an artist and I’m also studying to become a Pilates instructor. For art, I just turn the model round and round and zoom in and try to memorize the muscles and their relationships. For Pilates, I look up specific muscles or bones mentioned in the teaching and try to memorize the relavant ones. I’m on it at least once a day. I particularly am happy with the upgrade that includes short videos showing the different ways that each muscle moves. For a particular movement, the muscle that you click on will move in addition to the muscles that are also needed to make that movement. So as a fitness instructor, you can also learn what muscles you should focus on in a movement to increase your control of that movement.
