Apparently NOT compatible with Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I have used and enjoyed Essential Anatomy 5 on my iPad and it has been very helpful in my allied health studies. Since I use my Macbook Pro often, I thought I’d also install this app, which is available from the Apple App Store. Installation was easy.

However, the app does not work at all. I get the splash screen, then a white blank window with the usual menu bars which do not work. Even the Quit button doesn’t work. I had to do a Force-Quit to shut down the program. Apparently it is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan. I have sent a support request to Apple and response is pending.
